Returns & Exchanges
Due to personalised nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with lodging an investigation with the carrier. Replacement decisions for custom items are handled on a case by case basis.
