Processing Time
All custom products are each made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for design, creating, making and quality checks before your order is shipped. During peak periods (such as holiday times or sale events), processing times may be extended by a few extra days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping 3-10 business days
- Express Shipping 1-5 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will receive a tracking number that we can send to you (if asked)
Custom Orders & Delays
Because each item is custom made, occasional delays may occur if design approval is needed, materials are out of stock, or high order volumes arise. We will always notify you if additional time is needed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within Australia. If you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss options.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
